Elizabeth Cooke, Assistant Professor of English (MST, University of New Hampshire), teaches English composition and occasional courses in the Creative Writing Program. Publications include two novels, Complicity and Zeena, a work of nonfiction, Tong-Ting Finds a Family, and short stories in the River Review and an anthology, The Quotable Moose.
